The small village of Les Arques in the Lot is full of surprises. In a sparsely populated wooded valley (Population density 14 people per sq. km!) one finds the Romanesque church of St Lawrence, the Zadkine Museum of his amazing sculptures and a superb restaurant, La Recreation.
One also finds, serenity and tranquility.
