Day 9 of our "house arrest" ... socially isolated and staying at home.
The sun rises over the Indian Ocean - the beach is deserted; there are no joggers or dogs with their owners; the usual Park Run is cancelled and the river's surface is undisturbed by early morning paddlers … stillness reigns.
