SHADOW & HIGHLIGHT

Today I join hundreds of other "City Daily Photo" bloggers by posting a picture illustrating the theme "Shadow and Highlight".

This photograph of an ancient door was taken at a church in the Loir valley near Poncé.

The sun is at an angle which highlights the weathered wooden panels and the hand-made latch of the very old door.
