Market day in St Pierre d'Entremont and local farmers, fishmongers and other merchants bring their wares to the small square in front of the church where under the watchful eye of Saint Mary, the townsfolk arrive to buy their provisions. This has been happening for centuries and is bound to continue for years to come ... Life goes on unaffected by events beyond the mountains that enclose the Entremont valley.
