A SCARCE COMMODITY

Wet Wednesday Post #13:
The current drought in our area has brought flocks of birds from the countryside where water is a scarce commodity, to the city where thoughtful residents keep their birdbaths full.

These Cape White-eyes are regular visitors throughout the day - first for a sip of water and then the fun begins … BATH TIME!


This is followed by a short break in the sun while feathers dry and then they are on their way ...
