1 February 2019 - the first day of a new month and AUTRES DIRECTIONS joins other City Daily Photo-bloggers with a post based on the theme, WHITE.

Snow in the temperate climate of the Eastern Cape province of South Africa is a rare occurrence.  This photograph was taken in the Hogsback area in the winter of 2009 after a heavy snowfall.

Is it just me or does the snowman look familiar?  Maybe it's his wind disrupted "comb-over" that is confusing me ...
