The Church of Saint Pierre es Liens is situated in the town of Saint Alvere in the Dordogne.
It dates back to the 17th century and was built under the patronage of the Lostanges family.
It has an unusual design and is exceptionally large considering the small community it serves.
The yellow of the limestone used makes it particularly attractive.
