The hamlet of Soulaleve lies above the flood plain of the Dordogne near the village of Tremolat.

Old forgotten roads invite one to explore and enjoy the quiet which is disturbed only by bird song,
the occasional scurrying mouse and, if you are lucky, the flash of a fleet-footed deer ... wonderful!
