LOOK UP

The Musee de Cluny houses a wonderful collection of more than a thousand items from the Middle Ages.  However what makes this museum worth visiting is that this comprehensive collection is housed in a building that began in the 1st century as the Gallo-Roman baths of Lutece.  Later, in the 15th century, it became the town house of the Abbots of Cluny.

The magnificent columns and vaulted ceilings of the 15th century building should not be missed by visitors ... so remember to look up!
