THE CHAPEL AT COURTANVAUX
A small chapel surrounded by a formal French garden has been built right on the edge of the Chateau Courtanvaux battlements presumably after a more peaceful period had been established in the area.
OJ, I think that the little personal chapels one finds on the grounds of the French chateaux are lovely. I have enjoyed your photo tour through this storied castle in the Loire valley.
