FROM MY STUDY WINDOW LOOKING EAST #7: STORM OVER THE SEA


What's the point of rain falling over the sea?  The sea is wet enough!
It's on land that the water is needed ... 
Is there a way to encourage clouds to make landfall before precipitating their "blessings" upon us?

    interesting musing ... I suspect we benefit from rain on the ocean but I could not guess how.
