SNEEZEWOOD BOMA

A boma or stockade made mainly of old sneezewood fence posts retrieved from farms where they have been replaced by steel posts.  Sneezewood trees are found in southern Africa where the wood is prized for its hardness and durability.  It is so hard that it has been used in the manufacture of machine bearings by engineers as the wood outlasts materials such as brass and iron!
