When travelling in the Kruger Park, your journey may be impeded by a herd of buffalo making their way to the river. They have right of way and they don't use Zebra Crossings (haha). The herds can number more than 500 and the bulls seem to threaten the enforcement of the buffaloes' right to cross the road where they choose. Motorists have to wait …and it can be for a long time!
