This impressive building in the Beaubourg area of Paris was built in 1901 to house the headquarters of the Union of French Grocers. It is decorated in the style typical of the Art Nouveau period. I assume the grocers' union no longer exists having succumbed to the proliferation of supermarkets. The building has now been converted to a theatre.
