CAPE TOWN WATER RESTRICTIONS

I am in Cape Town at the moment where severe water restrictions are being enforced. The area did not have the expected winter rainfall last year and its reservoirs are running dry.
These Egyptian Geese on the Groot Constantia wine estate appeared to be pleased to have found a dam where they could enjoy a swim and cool down. 
It will rain again ... but when?
