A visit to the Cape must include a little wine-tasting!
Sampling the wines of the Beau Constantia Estate below their mountainside vineyards was a very pleasurable experience. Their Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier planted just below the crest of the Constantia Berg where they are refreshed by the sea mist off the Atlantic, were excellent.
