GLOSSY STARLING
For the next few weeks I will again be posting "something blue" every Monday. The Glossy Starling (Lamprotornis corruscus) is a fairly common resident along the eastern and southern coast of South Africa where flocks may be heard making a pleasant warbling sound while feeding ... and, of course, it is a bright blue bird!
