MONTIGNAC

Montignac is a small commune in the Dordogne department of the Aquitaine region.  The Vezere River flows through the town, winding its way through the valleys to its confluence with the Dordogne.

Being the closest town to the Lascaux Caves (a UNESCO World Heritage site) makes Montignac an important tourist destination.
