WHAT IS A "BIRD-BRAIN" IN FRENCH?

With my new blog-focus being the consideration of BIRDS, BRAINS and BIRD-BRAINS, I tried to translate it into French - with the title being AUTRES DIRECTIONS, I thought that would be appropriate.

L'OISEAUX et les CERVEAUX ... pas problème, but what is a "BIRD-BRAIN" in French?

Google Translate was not helpful - suggesting the literal translation: cerveau d'oiseau. 

I eventually found la tête de linotte ... but I suspect this is more likely French for a "scatter-brain" than a "bird-brain".
