OJ: EAST LONDON, Eastern Cape Province, South Africa; I started this blog in 2014 after an extended holiday in France. The intention was to share photographs, impressions and experiences. The COVID-19 lock-down has led to a revision of my blog focus - une autre direction! Henceforth my posts will feature birds (ornithological specimens), the thoughts of brainy people and the utterances or actions of less brainy individuals (bird-brains). Enjoy!
