ROCK ART


Over thousands of years the rushing water of the Treur and Motlatse Rivers have carved and polished these quartzite strata to form the Bourke's Luck Potholes.  Thomas Bourke was a prospector in the area who is alleged to have found gold in the area.  We are left today with the golden colours of the rock!
