This week I will be featuring Vendome, an important centre in the Loir-et-Cher region that I visited a number of years ago. My Monochrome Monday post shows the interior of the newly refurbished covered market. The original ornate steel pillars, the huge windows and the stark outlines of the steel girders supporting the roof create a pleasing effect.
