CDP THEME: "ABANDONED"


1 October 2016 - It is the first day of a new month and I again join the City Daily Photo bloggers by posting a photograph depicting the chosen theme: ABANDONED.

This photo of a derelict cart, abandoned in the grounds of the Chateau de Courtanvaux near Besse-sur-Braye, was taken during a visit in 2011.

    I certainly does fit the theme. Black and white seems quite appropriate for this.

    These old carts are very picturesque, and this image is perfect in black and white. There are many of these in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA so obviously cultures around the world have used these carts.
