This gentleman has become very popular with the bird population of the Ile de la Cite. Through regular visits to the Place du Parvis in front of the Notre Dame Cathedral, a great deal of patience and a substantial investment in bird seed, he has trained the sparrows and pigeons to eat from his outstretched hand.
