VILLEFRANCHE DU PERIGORD

On our way to Cahors we stopped for a while in Villefranche du Perigord, a 13th century bastide town to enjoy a coffee, visits to the patisserie and boulangerie and a tabac (so that my son could collect his Lotto winnings - about 3 euros LOL).

Christmas decorations in French villages seem to remain in place for longer than is customary elsewhere - just something I've noticed.
