Rue Drouot in the 9e arrondissement (L'Opera) is a typical Paris street - a narrow thoroughfare between tall 5 to 7 storey Baron Haussmann buildings. The Opera Quarter is home to the grande magasins, banks, stock brokers, theatres and in this particular street: antiquarians, philatelists and numismatists! All under the constant gaze of the Basilica of Sacre Coeur!
