LA BOUCHERIE CHEVALINE


A typical market-place discussion between client and, in this case, the butcher.  The discussion would probably start with feed-back on the client's last purchase, how she prepared it and how it was received by her guests.  During this conversation she would have the butcher's undivided attention and he would then recommend what she should purchase for her next dinner.  No rush, no pre-packed selections - an age old tradition unaffected by the speed of modern day living.  A pleasure to experience ...
