"Le Fournil de Jerome" read the sign over a window set into the wall of the cliff below our B & B. Enquiries revealed that the cave had been the premises of Troo's once thriving bakery, but when the baker retired, no new boulanger could be found. If anyone is interested, all the necessary equipment has been left in the cave: the oven, the bread-making machine and even the baking trays awaiting the next batch of baguettes!
