OLIVE WOODPECKER (MESOPICOS GRISEOCEPHALUS)
The Olive Woodpecker is usually heard before it is seen. Its loud pecking at the dead branches of trees as it searches for food echoes through the forest and if one is patient (and quiet) it will soon appear.
