While taking an early morning walk on my favourite beach, I came across this scary fellow!
I think he is a harmless mole snake (Pseudaspis cana) but he got me thinking about snakes, politicians and other pretentious people ...
The Indian philosopher and politician, Chanakya (350 - 275 BC) reminds us:
"Even if a snake is not poisonous, it should pretend to be venomous!"
